[bug] OCSPValidator fails with unauthorized request

Running the tests I get the following error.

```
[info] Request: "POST http://ocsp.digicert.com/"
[info] Response: "200 http://ocsp.digicert.com/" 0.079272 seconds
[error] Request unauthorized
```

Try finding another demo cert.
