Recorder unstable on Chrome & FF

I have been trying to implement this recorder, but after I record once or twice on Chrome then it does not work anymore. It produces "empty" audio.
If I record on Chrome then test it on FF, then the FF makes the Chrome not work anymore.
I am not sure what it is (yet) the only difference I can see is the input sample rate is different between Chrome (48000) and FF (44100).
Seems ike Issue #1 is not quite fixed. Ideas?

Sorry for the latency.
I just tried to make multiple records with Google Chrome and it worked well.
I actually have some issues with Firefox. I'll investigate.
