Add option to assign a TV to all available templates

Is it possible / easy to implement such an option for the template_access setting? Thinking something like this:

"template_access": ["*"]

Now the process of writing down all template names is a bit tedious if you have a lot of templates and want to attach a TV to all of them..

That's actually a great idea @Qaraqter, I'll look at adding it to the new version of ElementHelper that I hope to release soon.
