The package is injecting a dependency to itself.

Since adding this package to my project... it is including itself as a dependency in the NuGet package the .nupkg file that it creates. It seems the most flexible solution to resolve this would be to add a PackageExclusionPattern setting that mirrors the FileExclusionPattern setting and defaults to exclude MsBuild.NuGet.Pack.

Created a fix in the above referenced pull request using the solution I proposed in the issue report.

This is NuGet screwing up which happens every so often. The config at https://github.com/roryprimrose/MsBuild.NuGet.Pack/blob/master/MsBuild.NuGet.Pack/MsBuild.NuGet.Pack.nuspec#L17 drives this. NuGet is supposed to set the package as a development dependency based on this configuration.
