demux not in the iron release?

Is there any way to include the demux tool in the iron release?
fyi: the Rolling branch compiles just fine for ROS2-Iron

Unfortunately, Iron is now end-of-life, so there will be no new Iron packages: https://docs.ros.org/en/rolling/Releases.html#list-of-distributions.
