Net::Remctl::Backend support for getting Kerberos tickets

Add Net::Remctl::Backend support for obtaining a Kerberos ticket from a given keytab file before running a command.

This is currently waiting for me to get a chance to write a new Perl module that wraps the Kerberos C library in something more native for Perl.
