[Nostalgia] Lightning tied to block lighting colour

Description
So I'm not sure if this was intended but, basically I think generally people (myself included) want warm lighting when comes to blocks, and pretty much pure white lighting when it comes to lightning, but since lightning and block lighting colours are tied you have to either have orange lightning or pure white block lighting

Reproduction

1. place torch and command block next to each other
2. set redstone up for command block to repeat
3. set command block to summon lightning
4. go to shader settings->lighting->colours->block light temperature and mess with the value
