UShader planet surface proxy breaks past certain angles in third person #148

When looking up towards the sky in third person the rendering of it breaks somewhat past a certain angle when "planet surface proxy" is enabled, (the default option), with dark rings appearing in the sky.

Other aspects of sky rendering seem fine & looks normal when planet surface proxy is disabled. Kappa & FastPBR seem fine.
