Improve README for Spider/initial setup procedure

Should mention in README:

• More detailed instructions about installing packages and dependencies

Fix generate.sh:

• Make sure that Python setup is correct (version, etc)
• Download and unzip data ourselves
• Run nltk.download('punkt')
• Also copy database directory for evaluation purposes
