code behind insertUI example app?

I'm getting back into creating dynamic UIs via insertUI and remoteUI, and I saw a neat example app in the dynamic UI article that can keep track of how many elements have been inserted. I can't find the code to this app in this repo or in any of my searches online. Could the code be shared? I believe this app is also referenced in #71 .
