imgfullscreen button is not working

After clicking on this button i want to see video in full screen mode . But its not changing in full screen. While changing landscape mode video is coming in full screen mode..

After clicking on button its only fluctuating but screen is not getting changed.. Please let me know what is the issue..

i have the same issue on press button video is screen is not changed plz someone help me
