Add daylight theme

Hello,
Can you add daylight light theme?
Dark theme is fine but not suitable for outdoor work.

@Jaaaky Hey yeh i was thinking about 3-4 different themes , colorblind , dark/light, etc
I will see if i can do it in between some critical task , but tbh i want the core features to work solid first.
