Survey Generator: Initial mission commands must be AFTER first waypoint #83
Description
Small bug: During Survery generation, currently the initial mission commands are first and second item (Speed and CameraTrigger). They only work after a waypoint. Therefore they need to be moved after the first waypoint of the grid.
