Cloud deployment

Currently, deployment is only done by local private network. This limits external access to the host server.
Deploy on the AWS with proper configuration

HOW TO Deploy?

This application contains several interacting components: a web server with SDK, peers, and an orderer.
The web server is written in node.js, and fortunately, AWS provides a deployment service for node.js application. So, I am considering the deployment service by AWS. And the rest of the components will be hosted in Amazon EC2 while interacting with the web server in a cloud environment as well.
