When tool failed
It stops and type something else will get
This is not idea
Steps to Reproduce
- Ask something that invokes tools
- Tool got error
- Chat stop
- Ask again
- Chat throw error
When did this happen?

Should not stop the chat when error occured, should continue to retry or exit
