Instwebhooks works on host but not remote machine

Hello, thank you for fixing my previous problem with 0.14.

Am interested in making it a service in a server but am not sure why it doesn't work, I keep getting the error:
12/26/2025 08:31:24 AM - CRITICAL - instaloader: error: Login error: "fail" status, message "CSRF token missing or incorrect".

Help would be hugely appreciated.

What command are you using and are you sure that you are logged in? The error is usually due to not being logged in so it could be that on the remote machine you're not logged in. Additionally if the remote machine uses a shared IP or one different from your login credentials (browser cookie), Instagram could be blocking your login.

Am using this command: instawebhooks -t . Am confident that am logging in since it works on the host machine. In fact, I get this error also:

@scholablade You need to open that URL on the machine you are running the command on and login from there.
