Typo in #53

Wrong "forth" in #53. Should be "fourth" -- unless we are intended to sally forth from the castle, in which case, please belay my last.

I have also noted the typo going through the exercises. It should read "Fourth" instead of Forth.

Hi @ryanorsinger,

There's also another typo in the section What to do when you don't know what to do next, first sentence: "an list" should be "a list".

Also in the end: "The pattern for finding what you need in JavaScript" should be "...in Python" since this is about Python exercises.

And in exercise #100, third comment, there is a duplication: "set an initial total price and total total quantity to zero".
