bug: Issue with ratings bundled with review.

Bug Report

scrobblex version:

v1.4.3

Current behavior:

Ratings, when bundled with a review, are not sent to Trakt. Standalone ratings are still sent to Trakt.

Expected behavior:

Ratings should be synced indiscriminately.

Steps to reproduce:

Rate an item in Plex and write a small review.

Other information:

PMS Version 1.41.6.9685 amd64

I still don't have access to the new reviews, so I'll have a look when I do, but I have the gut feeling the issue is that there is no hook exposed for that...
