Scrolling on Chrome on Windows is not possible

Scroll bars are hided and the mouse wheel is changing the prompt but i can't go up

i'm adding an information: the scroll works in a terminal, it doesn't work in claude code. maybe it's a known issue? also neither on gemini-cli

don't you have this issue? in case i can use your browser as a workaround if any work

I did the patch and it's working but I can create PR here because I'm not a collaborator cagnulein#1
