Suite setup and teardown fingerprints in API

The API's are missing suite setup/teardown fingerprints and they are needed to get the full view of the test execution.

Describe the solution you'd like
The API's could include the suite setup/teardown fingerprints. Each test result could include fingerprints of the parent suite setup and teardown from the matching test run.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Only include the fingerprints of the last execution in the suite object
