Ensure that code can be run on others' systems

@JacquesCarette mentioned on #74 that my paper "assumes Windows because of py [and] assumes that numpy is installed." Other issues may be present, so I should ensure that all requirements for compilation are present, along with instructions for compilation.

The main focus of this will be the script for generating graphs, since I'll be submitting this as supplementary material.
