Don't Use contenteditable for Parameter Table

Hi,

Any reason for using this? The problem I've found is when pasting in param data HTML formatting is included. This results in query string parameters with unwanted data.

@sshaw there is no particular reason. This project was done way long back, please feel free to change things if you think things are not working as appropriate. Am happy to support and publish things.

This issue is interesting. It means, I can italic/blod/... my strings.
