Question: Outputting simulation results - trees with know sequence tips 

I might be missing something, but since the sequences are randomly selected whenever you output results, does that mean that "sequence_1" is not the same as the "sequence_1" tip in the final tree? If this is correct, is there a way to obtain the whole genealogy in tree form and the sequences that correspond to each tip?
