Subscriptions problem #264

Hi!
When you are browsing the gallery, you can subscribe to an album when you open it.
- You can subscribe to an album created from the PCA.
- You can subscribe to YOUR OWN album. Surprising!
- You CAN'T subscribe to other members' albums!!
I think there's a problem somewhere. Or is it normal?
