  Lines 40 to 41 in a6bd3c1

  	c1 = x**2 / xi**2 / tau
  	c2 = 4d0 * rhop * x**3 / tau**1.5d0

• APFEL Implementation corresponds to https://arxiv.org/pdf/0808.1231.pdf sec. 3.8
• we believe Eq. 24 of http://iopscience.iop.org/0954-3899/35/5/053101 to be correct
• see also discussion in sec. C1 (ii) in that paper: they claim a typo in the original paper by Georgi & Politzer
• in esp. c2 should be 2 * rho * x^3 / tau^1.5
