"Push to the original branch: git push origin <project_name>/<location>" what is location?

Hi James, 

Thanks for this create template. 💯 Sorry for the noob question, but I don't really understand what "<project_name>/<location>" is supposed to be. Lets say that I have forked this repository and want to push a change - would this then be correct?:
git push origin https://github.com/scottydocs/README-template.md
