With sdaps 2.0 "Getting started" gets an update

* Show summary of steps: "Install", "Create Project", "Design questionnaire"... (inspired by the steps at sdaps_web)
* recreate example files and scans and make easily available via download
* delete entry for using a (smartphone) camera, because they don't work really well
* "Other things to try" should get a seperate section or page
