Determine how to handle unknown ActorRefs #11
Description
Right now trying to Find a non-existing Actor will just puke (i.e. there is no consideration for that scenario yet). Before we can fix that bug, we need to determine what happens if someone does execute such a Find. I don't want null's so i'm thinking it will return a proxy. And once a call is actually made it will try again to see if there is now a mailbox at that address and if not complete with an error of not found?
