• Discussion and POC regarding CEPH ADM to replace CEPH Ansible

Should be discussed in particular:
Where do we store the container images for ceph-adm ?

• First option is on the hypervisor directly (but requires internet at first boot at least, to download the images)
• Second option is to store them on the ansible machine, and access them when bootstrapping the cluster
• Other option ?

The whole point of the cephadm change in the build_debian_iso PR is to download the required images at the same time the other packages are downloaded, so while the iso is being build.
The firstboot service is there to "load" the images from a "tar.gz" state. It does not require internet connection.
