This is a collection of Russian sentiment and emotion text classification datasets for an easy download. The sentiment datasets are the ones Smetatin reviewed in their article. The single emotion classification dataset CEDR is the only one I found for emotion classifiction in Russian. Additionally, I have a translated GoEmotions dataset available on this Github repository.
