Dave mentioned that there are other steps that people really care about during the copyrighting process and that the text at the top of the file was not enough.
He mentioned something like "sending it to the copyright lawyers", which I think in the Git day-and-age might not be necessary?
Aside from this requirement, what else is required such that this is useful to more people?
