Add a license

I think the SFOSC main license makes a lot of sense for this wizard too.

A copyleft CC BY-SA 4.0 for the contents.
And permissive MIT for the tech to turn this into a wizard.

What I'm unsure about is if we can and should attribute this to "Adam Jacob and the SFOSC Contributors" in the same way as the main repository does.

Your thoughts?

I do prefer SFOSC Contributors as we have a notion of membership as well https://github.com/sfosc/sfosc/blob/master/MEMBERSHIP.md

Along with the CC attribution
It should be attributed to "the SFOSC Contributors".
