Hi, the reason is the next error in urlopen:
<urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:727)>

You can resolve it with adding the PYTHONHTTPSVERIFY variable to your environment:
export PYTHONHTTPSVERIFY=0
