editor: tab characters should be indented #580
Description
if you save a file with tabs (eg from Tulip Web) and load it into Tulip CC editor, the tabs show up as single chars (look like spaces, but they're tabs) -- so you can't really edit it . We should load tabs into the editor as 4 spaces
