on_change function is not called #21
Description
I'm using version 1.0.0 and it seems that on_change function is not called.
Is FIFO file applicable for DstatCSVWatcher?
For your reference, dstat command is correctly working because /tmp/fluent-plugin-dstat.fifo was written.
