Missing entries in the three point rule menu after duplicating the first or last rule

• If duplicating the first rule, the now 2nd rule is missing "Move up" and "Show rule type" in the three point rule menu. (Even after saving, leaving the OH editor and going back, if nothing was changed at the duplicated rule. But the entries appear after an "Add ..." command.)
• The same happens if duplicating the last rule. Then "Move down" is missing in the penultimate rule.

This happens in Vespucci v21.2.4.
