Motion fail on LAT #921
Description
Irregularity during el move -- but actually both moves completed. Just not quickly enough.
From Sep 1, around 7:15 UTC. Initializing the az move took a while, then el mode was similary slow to start. This second thing is surprising; shouldn't warning horn only go off once? But even if it did go off, the timeout should allow for that.
