Add a stdout reporter module

Should be relatively easy, and would allow more powerful testing & solo mining

Hmmm, maybe not stdout per se but writing to a pipe perhaps? Or any file descriptor really. This would allow other applications to consume it.

But honestly, it's probably low priority atm.
