Please choose a Region: options, improve naming

**Currently**

Please choose a region uses options: Don't show this again, Later, Yes

**Expected**

Options: Dont show this gain, Later, Choose region.
`Yes` is an uninformative option and bad UX.

Wondering if Choose region should also be the first option to nudge users to actively set a region.
