New links for data privacy declaration and tutorial

There are new links for the data privacy declaration and the tutorials:

Also, there needs to be a data privacy update consent. A small popup at the start of the app with the following text:

Wir haben unsere Datenschutzerklärung aktualisiert. Neu sind nur a) mehr präzise Details zur Datenverarbeitung und b) die Ergänzung der optionalen Features wie KI-basierte Erkennung und OpenBikeSensor. Weitere Infos findest du hier.

(English):
We have updated our privacy policy. The only changes are a) providing more details on data handling and b) describing our optional features such as AI-based incident detection, OpenBikeSensor. You can find all details here.

and a checkbox
"Ich akzeptiere die Datenschutzerklärung" or "I accept the privacy policy statement"

and a "Weiter" / "Continue" Button, that only gets clickable if the checkbox is checked and a "SimRa beenden" / "Close SimRa" Button.

The links are updated, however, we still need the popup regarding the changed privacy declaration.

Sorry this is not trivial and I am quite busy with other things. This applies to #74 and #72
