Can't connect Impact on Stitch

Is anyone able to connect to Impact on Stitch? I am just a data analyst and I wanted to get my company's Impact data through stitch, I have the Account SID and API Key ( I dont have the model Id, it I guess that's optional), but every attempt fails. giving me this error

tap - ERROR Error status_code = 403
tap - ERROR ERROR 403: {"Status":"ERROR","Message":"Access is denied"}, REASON: Forbidden

Is there anyone with a solution or faced a smilar issue? I am open to other options if there are any out there..

Hi @mullahdovly, To find the real cause of the error we need some clarification. Kindly Provide details for the below 3 points.

1. Are you getting errors in discovery mode or sync mode (for which stream/streams)?
2. Which type of account do you have? (Brand, Publisher, or Solution-Provider)
3. Which scope your account has? (Read-only or Read-Write)

Hey @jtilala,

• I am getting the error in discovery mode, so trying to create the integration but failing.
• When I paste my account SID and Auth Token it picks up Advetriser automatically.
• I was originally trying Read Only, but that sale several times then I tried the read/write and that fails too.

Hi @mullahdovly thank you for the details. Can you help me to know which kind of account you have created? For example, below image, we have 3 options (i.e. Partner, Brand, Agency).

It is a Partner Account I believe

Hi @mullahdovly, Stitch-UI supports tap-impact for the 'Advertiser' api_catalog only, which is supported by Brand API (as shown in the below image). As you are using Partner Account, you are receiving an "Access is denied" error.

Hi @jtilala,

Thanks for your help, I created a brand/advertiser account and that connected, our main account is setup under Partner so we have to do something about it.
