How can we bootstrap a new project with the latest stable versions of all software installed (Python packages, npm images, docker images, helm charts, etc)>
🎯 What is the scope?
Find all hardcoded software versions in the template and recommend how we can substitute them with the latest upstream version. We are already installing the latest Python and npm packages when creating a new project with Scaf, but Helm charts in ArgoCD apps are still hardcoded. There might be other versions too.
