coin-api gui compatibility

This function is not compatible with https://github.com/skycoin/skycoin/tree/v0.20.4/src in the version 0.20.4. There is not such function NewGui and I cannot find any other struct that is compatible with the ClientApi interface.

package gui was moved to package api
