Mostly done. Need to start updating plugins to be compliant as well and then pull the trigger.

Should lose options -- instead, rely on plugins to provide an options page if they want to configure options.

Need to tweak this to allow a single manifest file that contains multitudes, as it were:

<manifests>
    <manifest>
        ...define a hack somewhere in the repo...
    </manifest>
    <manifest>
        ...define another hack somewhere else in the repo...
    </manifest>
</manifests>

This would allow for forking other repositories of hacks and plugging them directly into CanvasHack (while keeping them up-to-date with their master forks, yet).
