Nautilus symlinks look different in the home directory

You can see the problem here... The icons are different sizes.

This is Nautilus 3.16 on Arch Linux, and it doesn't happen with other icon themes.

This happened to me as well after upgrading to 3.16. However, I don't think the symlinks are the issue, it is the default folders (Videos, Documents and so on) that look different for me. My folders that are only symlinks are the same size as other icons.

I'm getting this in Gnome 3.14.2 aswell.
The issue here is that 48x48 is the largest available size for most of the icons in the set and they are set to a fixed size in Faba's index.theme file whereas there is a different folder.svg for the other sizes.

Changing the index.theme so that all the 48x48 icons are scalable instead of fixed sorts out the size difference, they are all SVGs anyway so they'll scale cleanly to any size. But at larger sizes this causes the places icons to appear different to the available vanilla folder icons for that size due to the thicker scaled outlines.
