Thank you for this cool project and self-hosting examples.
I've recently decided to self host and went with nginx + letsencrypt hosted on hetzner.
If there is an interest, I'd be happy to contribute the mvp example to this repository for nginx + letsencrypt (or just nginx).

Would your example use our Docker image?

Yes, it would be heavily based on your existing 1-docker-with-database with the addition of nginx:latest image and certbot:certbot.

The certbot setup is a bit more complicated since it requires modifying the nginx config to first serve on port 80 (http) to generate SSL certs and then changing the nginx config to serve 443 (https), so I could leave it out to keep it simple.

I'll draft an example pull request with nginx changes to serve http and then based on your input I can add the https example too.

@KasparRosin I think a HTTPS option is important. Without HTTPS and only one app container your setup could also work without any nginx server, by just mapping the port 80 to the app solidtime container.
