Description
swbusd only advertises lowest cost routes. But it doesn't check if routes have changed or not. The receiver of the route update does compare it with previous received routes from the same peer and ignores the update if no change. We can make swbusd stop advertising routes if its lowest cost routes are not changed. This can reduce the route update by one hop.
