Description of Feature: If a user wants to share data they already have stored in AWS or another cloud provider, Source should be able to represent that data.
What value is this feature adding to Source Cooperative? This allows us to expand our users to folks who already have data in the cloud but just want it exposed on source.coop for discoverability. Adds to our narrative of being valuable and the place people go to see data.
