Add search suggestion support for revisions.

It would be nice if we could provide suggestions whenever rev: is typed into the search box. This might get a little bit messy since if a repo: filter is not also specified in the search box, then it's not clear what revisions should be suggested.. but it may still be useful to suggest them all across all repos.
