CI logs not available in case of early build failure

CI failed at an early stage during code checkout which resulted in Groovy pipeline exception.
As a result build log files like https://ci.spdk.io/results/spdk-csi-per-patch/builds/144/archive/post_process/index.html were not uploaded to ci.spdk.io
